The owners of this gorgeous multi-level Batter Kay designed home, with rich vertical cedar siding and giant pivoting front door, wanted a more updated contemporary look and  more  usable outdoor spaces. New monolithically poured neutral colored concrete frames the pool and spa. Sand blasted block is used for retaining walls as well as a gas fueled fire element. The outdoor kitchen is finished with sage green stucco and pale gray concrete countertops. Pads of bare foot friendly pea gravel form lounging and seating areas. Dark stained horizontal cedar fencing contrasts nicely with the pale cedar on the house.  Existing palms and trees, having been groomed and trimmed, are complimented by the new plant mix of succulents, grasses and red leafed foliage.
